Mnegingat banyak banget yg harus disiapin. Makanya bikinnya bisa 2 hari selesenya. Hari pertama bikin isi, besoknya bikin kulit sambil ngisiin trus digoreng. Klo dikerjain seharian...wah anak2 bisa keteteran deh...Tapi lucunya resoles bunda ini hasilnya kecil2 alias mini. Berhubung gak punya teflon datar yang ukuran sedang, adanya ukuran kecil yang berdiameter 10cm..he..jadinya &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;resoles mini&lt;/span&gt;, tp banyak lho hasilnya...kebagian semua deh tetangga...(masak seeh..), tp klo hasil fotonya sih gak keliatan kecil...Oya, untuk bahan kulitnya karena  gak punya timbangan jd pake ukuran gelas aja..tp hasilnya ok kok, klo pun kurang tipis tinggal tambahain air biasa aja...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5041/1362/1600/risol.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/5041/1362/320/risol.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Isi:&lt;br /&gt;1 buah wortel ukuran sedang, kupas, potong kotak kecil2.&lt;br /&gt;1 buah kentang ukuran sedang, kupas, potong kotak kecil2.&lt;br /&gt;1 buah bawang bombay, iris kecil.&lt;br /&gt;3 siiung bwg putih.&lt;br /&gt;150 gram kornet/daging giling&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm santen kental&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt jintan&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt lada&lt;br /&gt;2 butir telur kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;minyak goreng secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kulit:&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;2 gelas santan encer/susu&lt;br /&gt;2 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat isi:&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai layu.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan daging giling/kornet, aduk sampai kecoklatan&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan kentang dan wortel, aduk sampe setengah matang.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan garam, lada, kecap manis dan jintan, aduk.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan santan, aduk sampai semuanya matang.&lt;br /&gt;Angkat dan diamkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Membuat kulit:&lt;br /&gt;Aduk tepung terigu dan santan/susu, sampai tercampur semuanya.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan telur, aduk sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan garam.&lt;br /&gt;Kemudian tuang dengan sendok sayur dalam teflon sambil diputar2 teflonnya agar rata. Agar hasilnya bagus, apinya kecil saja.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah semua seleai, taruh bahan isi ke dalam kulit kemudian dilipat, kemudian celupkan dalam kocokan telur. Tapi di korea lagi2 gak ada si labu siam itu, adanya lobak (daicon). Tapi wkt uji coba pertama kali, ternyata enak juga. Malah setelah bunda tambahin kecap ama gula, jadi ketemu resep waktu tinggal di boyolali dulu, namanya &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;"asem-asem gantung"&lt;/span&gt; (baca: pepaya muda). Lagipula, lobak itu teksturnya hampir sama dengan pepaya muda. Kalo gak ada bawang merah bisa pakai bawang bombay. Soalnya di korea bawang merah adanya pas summer aja, itu juga belinya harus di pasar. Suka inget baunya klo masih mentah, agak2 amis gitu. Nah akhirnya bunda cari ide biar gak bosen digoreng terus, yang penting dimasak lama dalam bumbu. Ampela nih kesukaan ayah banget, mo dimasak apa aja doyannya pake banget..he...*diem2 Fafa jg ikutan suka lho*... Sebenarnya plg enak pake buncis atau kacang panjang dan petai. Maklum deh, di korea 2 sayuran itu gak bakalan bisa dijumpai, tapi kalo petai ada di WI, biasa mahal. Tapi kemarin bunda dapet bonus petai dari yang punya WI...makasih ya mbak Ratih... Enak lhooo...*kata ayah*. Harusnya bumbunya pake serai, tapi bunda gak punya persediaan serai dan gak ada jg di korea, kecuali di WI (Warung Indonesia)...mahal booooooo. Harganya lebih mahal dr harga ayam. Berhubung Fafa ama Azka maniak ayam, sengaja bunda gak pake cabe nerah pedas, jdnya pake cabe bubuk, yg buat kimchie itu lho. Awalnya bikin mie ini, di kulkas sudah habis persediaan sayurnya, tinggal kol aja. Udah gitu liat di lemari ada mie korea &lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;ramensari&lt;/span&gt; yg gak ada bumbunya. Sebenernya lebih tepat disebut ala kadarnya.... but justru kita lebih sering "blessing in disguise" menikmati apa yang ada.
